Laura Voorhees is a content writer and blogger for Rise Marketing Solutions. Before starting her career in content writing and copywriting, she worked in the restaurant and bar industry for over ten years, and spent 5 years in general management roles. Her experience is vast, and she also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and an Associate of Applied Science degree as a veterinary technician.
She is mother to a daughter, Hayden; two fur babies, Miley and Daly; and an 11-year-old aquatic turtle, Squirt. In her spare time, she loves watching Cardinals baseball and Blues hockey and spending time at the lake or the beach.
